Blessed Mother of God Pray for us |
The crowd made of Jews were frozen they recognized Jesus. They stood still and there was silence not a pin drop could be heard then one by one they began to turn and walk away because not one among them was without a sin. As the crowd dispersed, the dramatic event was about to reach its end but there was this lovely little woman with radiant beauty emerged as the crowd dispersed and getting to the front, she looked at Jesus and then "tossed a small stone towards the woman." Jesus looked at her and got red in the face as he says, "I hate it when you do that, Mama".
Now do you guess who was that woman in our story without a sin? Yes you are right it was his mother, THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY who was always obedient to God and since she happened to be in the crowd she had to follow what the Lord said, "Let the person who has no sin cast the first stone" and she did by tossing a small stibe because "she has no sin."
I am sure if you are a protestant reading this your immediate reaction would be,"That is not in the bible!", well that is your favorite reaction and always your only defense. So what else is new? But you know you are right its not, you cant find it in the bible because the story that I just shared to you is a satire of the familiar bible story, "Let the person without sin cast the first stone". Yet I am stressing here a truth, the reality in fact if we really believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God you must must also accept the fact that his MAMA MARY is without sin. But how can that be when St. Paul said in Romans 3:23, 'For ALL HAVE SINNED and fall short of the glory of God"? Ah that my friend is a favorite among the favorite passages in the bible of the Protestants. Tell you what? St. Paul is right but you are wrong. If you believe in the preachers and pastors of the Protestants and Evangelicals, you are gravely mistaken in believing the lies of the enemies of the truth. I cant blame you though because you have not yet learned the MARKS OF THE ANTICHRIST because if you do, you will be freed of their lies.
ALL HAVE SINNED, THE QUESTION IS, ALL WHO?
Now let us paused and ponder the words and ask ALL WHO? Who was being referred to by St. Paul when he said those words? Was it All Men, All Women, All the People in the World, All what? See the problem when you take one sentence in the scripture and use it as reference to a spurious and foolish claim that the Blessed Mother is a sinner like all of us?
So come on let us settle this now and find out who is ALL HAVE SINNED referred to by Paul. Let me ask you, have you read all of Romans Chapter 3 from verses 1 to 31? My guess is you have not because if you do, you will be surprised that Paul did not mean ALL MEN he only said ALL HAVE SINNED because he was referring to boastful group of Jews, the converted Christian Jews who put themselves above the other Christians of other nationalities the so called Gentiles. Paul was addressing specific disputes from among the Jews and Gentiles. The Jewish Christians were also known then as the Judaizers for they continued to adhere to the Old Covenant and the Laws of Moses and practices. They insisted that the Gentiles who converted to Christianity must follow the same. The central theme of the Letters to the Romans revolve on the Faith and the Laws of Moses. Its like Paul saying to them ALL OF YOU JEWS AND GREEKS ALIKE. ALL OF US HERE HAVE SINNED. But it is not "all" as in "all men" but only those he was addressing to otherwise Paul would have turned to heresy but he did not he was preaching a truth that all the Jews and Greeks who are arguing over the Laws of the Moses. No one can boast and no one among them is above the others. What am I saying? The Protestants and Evangelicals have taken out of context the teaching of St. Paul to the Romans. It happens when you make conclusion ahead of the facts. It is therefore a kind of teaching that is self-serving to justify their man-made doctrines.
You see Paul would not have meant ALL MEN HAVE SINNED because it's going to result to a big question mark in our faith. Jesus Christ, the Son of God became true human being. He is God who came into the world in the flesh with body and blood and born of a woman. He is as real as a man can be and lived as ordinary man. He was as anybody else except that he has no human father because his Father is God. From the womb of Mary he was formed and born. As a baby he was helpless in the arms of his mother who cared for him, fed him from her holy breast of the milk that came from her. All of Jesus humanity came from one source, the Blessed Mother. He grew up under her loving care as his mother. What am I saying? Jesus is a true man born of a woman and if ALL MEN HAVE SINNED and Jesus is a true man, therefore he is a sinner as well? That is if we follow and believe the logic of the Protestants and Evangelicals pastors and their followers because they are using the same logic to Mary, ALL MEN HAVE SINNED and Mary is a woman therefore Mary is a sinner. It is as fallacious as it can get. IT'S SIMPLY NOT TRUE. To say Mary is a sinner just like us puts her under the power of the devil. That is like calling God a liar, a blasphemy in the highest order.
How can God who is the source of all graces enter the womb of a woman to become man in the flesh with body and blood coming from her who is a sinner? Are you out of your mind to even think that such can happen? Do you really believe that God came into the world to save the world from sin and he could not even save the woman who is to be his mother from that original sin which naturally corrupts the mind and body of the person bearing it? No way that could happen!
Didn't God say to Jeremiah 1:5 "Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. And before you were born I consecrated you; I have appointed you a prophet to the nations". PONDER on this words of God and open your eyes. GOD has already saved those he has chosen to do his work of salvation long before Jesus was crucified on the cross. In this scripture, God is directly addressing Jeremiah. So God knows man before we are even conceived! In the case of Jeremiah, he was already chosen and consecrated even while he was in the womb of his mother. And what is consecrated? It means being made holy. Jeremiah was made holy by God at his conception. How can one be sacred if he is still with that original sin? See? God can preserve those he has chosen for his divine purpose, free from that original sin. For how can one be sacred, consecrated if one is still in sin?
What makes Jeremiah a wonder is that like the Blessed Virgin Mary there is very little knowledge in the scripture who are his parents. His father is known to be Hilkiah, a priest and one who discovered the books or the Torah but as for his mother, the bible is silent. The mother of Jeremiah considered one of the two greatest prophets is not known in the bible the same as the parents of the Blessed Virgin Mary except for the apocrypha books, the protoevangelium of James, little is known about her parents. Those who were born to be holy instruments of God for his plans are apparently hidden and protected so that the plans of God will not be known until they are revealed.
Now let us follow a good logic, If God can make his chosen prophet like Jeremiah from the womb sacred and therefore freed from original sin, cleansed and made holy for his divine purpose, how much more of the Blessed Mother whom he has chosen to be his Mother? God chosen Mary to be his mother. God wills it to have a mother to save us. Its true some men and women have been called full of Grace the difference is in their cases they were given graces by God. With the Blessed Mother, she was filled by the GRACE HIMSELF, the very sources of graces, the giver of graces, God himself. She carried God in her body for 9 full months. She carried the fullness of the Son of God in her body and clothed him with a human body coming from her. How can she be a sinner like us? Can God be tainted by sin? NO WAY! NOT A CHANCE EVEN IF ETERNITY DISSOLVES.
THE TRANSFIGURATION OF JESUS |
Remember the Transfiguration of Jesus? O you have forgotten it, it is in the bible. You see Jesus took Peter and James and John to a high mountain apart from the rest there he was transfigured before their eyes. His face shone like sun and his garment became as white as snow. The dazzling brightness emanated from his whole body produced by an interior shining of his divinity. With him were two great prophets of God who were themselves looked glorious beings, and the Apostles recognized them to be, Moses and Elias. They represent the Law and the Prophets witnessing to his divinity and adoring him. The 3 Apostles were shown a foretaste of the glory of heavenly delights. Then Jesus returned to his human state. The Transfiguration witnessed by Apostles strengthened them and prepared them for the terrible struggle that they will have to undergo and experience later.
And this proves my point, Jesus never lost his divinity, his being God for a moment not even when he was in the womb of the Blessed Mother!
You know my friends let me tell you a secret many Protestants and Evangelicals don't want to admit. Their founder, the former priest of the Catholic Church, Martin Luther, looked upon by the Protestants to be their founder and their father was a devotee of the Blessed Mother. And you know what he believes she is freed of sin from the moment of her conception. She is Immaculate. REALLY? Yes really. Here is an excerpt from his writings:
I have come upon a verified Martin Luther writing or a copy of his sermon, it is titled "Sermon: On the Day of the Conception of the Mother of God" in 1527. Luther calls her and addressed her the Mother of God. Wow! The Protestant founder calling Mama Mary for what she truly is the Mother of God? But let us first focus on the issue of the Protestants that this article addresses, that of accusing Mary of being a sinner like us. On the contrary this is what Luther said in his sermon:
"It is a sweet and pious belief that the infusion of Mary's soul was effected without original sin and adorned with God's gifts, receiving a pure soul infused by God; thus from the first moment she began to live she was free from all sin"
In another writing this time from his Little Prayer Book dated 1522, Luther wrote of Mary "She is full of Grace, proclaimed to be entirely without sin - something exceedingly great. For God's grace fills her with everything good and makes her devoid of evil."
So there you have it. I have not witnessed my belief based on my Catholic Faith but based on the faith of the founder of Protestantism, Martin Luther, his own beliefs that the Blessed Mother whom he also called the Mother of God is Immaculate from the time of her conception. She was freed from sin devoid of evil because she was preserved by God. She is not only filled by God's graces she is filled with all the fullness of the 2nd person of the Godhead. Who is like her then? No one.
And so my friends, you must admit your mistake of accusing the Blessed Mother of being a sinner because she is not. Don't be obstinate in your error for that will not help you understand the mystery of who the Blessed Mother really is. Let me remind of what Jesus said in Mark 12;24 "Aren't you mistaken because you don't know the scriptures or the power of God? Which means just because you read the scripture you understand it fully well. Understanding is a gift of the Holy Spirit without it we will not fully comprehend the mysteries in the scripture as Isaiah says "You will be ever hearing but never understanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving". Why is it so? because you have hardened your heart in your false beliefs. You are clinging to myths and false teachings of those coming from the inside but have gone out of the Catholic Church.
How will you know the mysteries of the Blessed Mother in the fight against the Evil One if you have closed your heart and mind to the truth? Wake up and sober up.
We have an ebook coming out soon available in PDF format or in CD with a title WHO IS MARY, THE MOTHER OF GOD? It will help you understand the Blessed Mother and what is she really in the Catholic Church. Its a mystery that we have uncovered and a truth that has always been there but has been taken for granted by many. But you must pray for understanding to the Holy Spirit. Ask him that you be given the gift for the Lord said "Ask and it will be given you; seek and you will find."
God bless you.
