We are accepting membership who will be actively participating in our work of DEFENDING THE CATHOLIC FAITH. We have two types of members, the Member/Defender who will assume the following:
DEFENDER OF FAITH / APOLOGIST
1. Defenders of Catholic Faith or Apologist
2. Writers/Contributors
3. Meme Artists
4. Speakers/Preachers for Online Live Streaming/You Tube Program production
5. Organization builders
Consider this, there are now more than 7.4 Billion people in the world of this, the Catholic Church has only 1.2 Billion Members and of that members only 12% are active Catholics, those who fulfill the Sacraments and obligations. So there are plenty of works to do and all Catholics are called to help in the enormous work at hand for the Lord. There are two kinds of charity, charity that give away material things to the needy and charity that share the gospel of the kingdom of God for the souls in need of salvation. Since we are told to work for our own salvation, working to help others is a faith doing works of love. That will go a long way for each of us in the OTFS.
To qualify under this one must be committed to the study of the bible and scriptures, Catholic Church history, doctrines, and all the other reliable writings that are considered canonical but are not included in the bible such as letters and epistles of the Church Fathers, etc. You will have to join workshop, seminars, and training to become officially an Apologist, Defender of Faith.
OTFS way of defending however should be simple, easy to understand, and devoid of terminologies that are alien to the Catholics today. Defenders must be authoritative in the subject and must develop their own style of getting into the heart of the doctrine without compromise but with patience and charity.
REGULAR MEMBER
You may simply be a member, one that provides support in whatever capacity. This will allow us to build OTFS nationwide and worldwide when the opportunity knocks. To do so we will have to build up the organization and to do so means today resources commitment for members to sustain the society of defenders of the Catholic Faith.
GENERALLY THE REQUIREMENT FOR ANY OF THE MEMBERSHIP ARE
1. You must be a Catholic, if you are not yet a Catholic you must convert and be baptized in the Catholic Church.
2. You must be willing to volunteer for the social media evangelization using the information we provide
3. You must be willing to be trained if you don't have yet the necessary knowledge and skills especially if you wish to be a defender of the Catholic Faith.
Age must be at least 16 years and above.
